CONGRATULATIONS
PENNSYLVANIA
The National Child Support Enforcement Association
(NCSEA),
during the 51st Annual Training Conference, held in August 2002,
recognized workers in the 67 Domestic Relations offices, and the state Bureau
of Child Support Enforcement (BCSE) office for operating an outstanding program with exceptional
performance, and presented Pennsylvania with the
"2002 Outstanding Program Award"
